4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files or similar technologies that may be placed on or accessed from your device when you visit a website.
The Website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to operate securely and provide requested functions. BST will provide clear information about any cookies or similar technologies actually used.
If BST uses optional cookies or similar technologies — for example, analytics, advertising or third-party embedded-content technologies — BST will request any consent required by law before using them.

You can change browser settings to manage cookies. If a Cookie Settings tool is provided on the Website, you can also use it to change or withdraw preferences for optional cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect Website functions.
5. Children
The Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. If BST becomes aware that it has collected personal information through the Website from a child in circumstances requiring action, it will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.
6. Links to Other Websites
The Website may link to third-party websites. BST provides those links for convenience only. BST does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not imply BST’s endorsement of a third party or its website.
You should take appropriate precautions when following links or downloading material from any website.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content — including text, logos, designs, graphics, photographs and layout — are owned by or licensed to BST and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may view, download and print Website material for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not remove copyright or other proprietary notices. Nothing on the Website is intended to constitute legal, financial, property, medical or other professional advice.
BST may correct errors, update information or change Website content at any time. If you identify an apparent error, please contact BST using the details below.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BST will not be liable for loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website; reliance on Website content; or a third-party website linked from the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms or the Website, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure by BST to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
11. Changes to These Terms
BST may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on the Website with its updated date.
